Eufy is the home appliance brand of Anker, the Chinese company best known for phone chargers. It made its name with cheap, reliable RoboVacs such as the 11S and has since moved up-market with roller-mop robots and full-service docks that often undercut rivals.
We have not tested eufy robots hands-on. This review draws on eufy's published specifications, independent reviews (Vacuum Wars, Expert Reviews), a US government security advisory, owner feedback and October 2026 prices. If you are weighing eufy against the best-known name, see our Eufy vs Roomba comparison.
| Model | Price | Suction | Mop | Best for |

| Omni C28 | around $529 | Not headlined | Roller | Most homes |
| Omni S2 | around $1,499 | 30,000 Pa | Roller (HydroJet 2.0) | Flagship |
| Omni E28 | around $659 | 20,000 Pa | Roller + spot cleaner | Families |
| Omni E25 | around $629 | 20,000 Pa | Roller | Hard floors |
| Omni C20 | around $379 | Not headlined | Pads | Budget dock |
| RoboVac 11S MAX | around $279 list | Not quoted | None | Tiny budgets |

Verdict: The C28 is the eufy to buy. It brings premium features such as a self-rinsing roller mop to a mid-range price and has some of the best independent feedback in the range.

Verdict: A strong flagship if you want the plumbing option and big suction. If mopping is your priority, the cheaper C28 scored better in that area.

Verdict: The E28 is unique: a robot vacuum and mop with a carpet spot cleaner built into the dock. Vacuum Wars placed it on its Top 20 list. Worth it if you would otherwise buy a separate spot cleaner.

Verdict: Buy the E25 if you do not need the E28's portable cleaner, but compare prices on the day because the two are often within $30.

Verdict: A bargain all-in-one, provided you update its firmware straight away. Check the version in the eufy Clean app before you rely on it.

Verdict: The classic cheap robot. Fine for a small flat, but spending a little more on a LiDAR model with a self-empty dock is usually worth it. See our best budget robot vacuum guide.
For most budgets, yes. eufy's biggest strength is price: its docks regularly sell for hundreds less than equivalent Roborock and Dreame models, and its roller mops get good independent feedback. Expert Reviews pointed to the C28 as offering around 90% of a Roborock Saros 20's ability for roughly half the price.
The trade-offs are a less polished app than Roborock's, a shorter standard warranty than some rivals and the 2026 security advisory below. If you want the strongest proven flagship, see our Roborock review.
eufy robots run on the eufy Clean app, which offers multi-floor maps, no-go zones and room settings on mapping models.
On 24 September 2026, the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published an advisory about flaws in the Omni C20, one of which also affected the Omni X10 Pro, as reported by Vacuum Wars. In plain terms:
Anker's eufy brand is Chinese-owned. Keep firmware current and consider putting smart home devices on a separate guest Wi-Fi network.
eufy's product pages promise a hassle-free warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee but do not state the length on the page itself. A third-party warranty comparison from RoboVacGuide lists eufy's standard robot vacuum warranty as one year. Check the warranty information page for your country before buying, and register your robot.
In the US, the FCC's 28 July 2026 rule means new foreign-produced robots need a Conditional Approval before launch. Existing authorised eufy models can be sold and updated until at least 1 January 2029. UK buyers are not affected.
eufy suits you less if you want a long standard warranty or the most refined app. Compare with Shark if you prefer a bagless dock.
We did not test these robots hands-on. We used eufy's US store listings and product pages for specs and prices, Vacuum Wars and Expert Reviews for independent results, the CISA advisory as reported by Vacuum Wars for security, and owner feedback patterns. New models without independent reviews (E35, C30) are mentioned but not recommended yet.
eufy offers some of the best value in robot vacuums. The Omni C28 is our pick for most homes, the E28 is a clever 3-in-1 and the C20 is a bargain once updated. Just make firmware updates a habit, and check the warranty length for your region.
Yes for most budgets. eufy's docks and roller mops are frequently hundreds cheaper than Roborock or Dreame equivalents, with good independent feedback. The C28 is the standout.
The Omni S2 is the most powerful, but the Omni C28 is the best balance of price and performance according to independent reviews.
eufy often matches or beats Roomba on features for the price, especially roller mopping. Roomba's 2026 range has caught up on navigation. Compare the two on our comparison page.
Shark is stronger on bagless docks and carpet pet hair. eufy is stronger on roller mopping and price. Choose by your floors and whether you mind buying dust bags.
Budget RoboVacs without mapping clean in random patterns and can miss spots. On newer models, the main issue to know about is the 2026 security advisory for the Omni C20 and X10 Pro Omni, fixed by firmware 1.6.4 or later.
If it is an Omni C20 or X10 Pro Omni, update to firmware 1.6.4 or later. CISA reported no known real-world attacks using these flaws.
