Our verdict
Figure is the US start-up furthest along in building humanoids at volume. But you cannot buy one: the robots coming off its line go to its own programmes and partners such as BMW.
What we like
- Longer claimed runtime than NEO
- Proven in paid factory work through BMW
- Figure says BotQ had delivered over 350 Figure 03 robots by 29 April 2026, at a rate of one per hour
- Real factory track record: Figure 02 helped build 30,000 BMW cars
- Hands with touch sensors and palm cameras
What to know
- Cannot be ordered
- Home lease only floated as an idea
- No price, pre-order or waitlist
- Robots so far go to Figure's own R&D and partners
- Home use talked about, not offered
